Therefore, given our activity as consumers of forest raw materials, we have
developed and implemented the Chain of Custody System, supported by the PEFC and FSC guidelines, with the basic purpose of avoiding the trade and purchase of forest materials of the following categories:
- Illegally harvested timber.
- Timber harvested in violation of traditional and civil rights.
- Timber harvested in forests whose high conservation values are
threatened by management activities.
- Wood harvested in forests that are being converted to plantations or
non-forest uses.
- Wood from forests in which genetically modified trees are planted.
ALANI HIGIENE PROFESIONAL S.L. handles paper from ecologically controlled and reforested forests. The origin of these forests has been inspected and evaluated to comply with the strict ecological, social and economic demands of the national and international market; for this we have adopted as requirements the guidelines of the FSC and PEFC Standards, in search of a tool to promote the conservation of forests, the maintenance and improvement of forest biodiversity, as a fundamental pillar to promote among our suppliers a responsible forest management and in turn respect for the rights of workers.
Consequently, ALANI HIGIENE PROFESIONAL S.L. undertakes to avoid as far as possible
any direct or indirect relationship with activities such as:
- Illegal trade in timber or timber products.
- The violation of human or traditional rights in forestry exploitations.
- Destruction of high conservation values.
- The conversion of natural forests to plantations or other uses.
- The introduction of genetically modified organisms in forest management.
- Violation of ILO Conventions and social and occupational health and safety requirements

- Exploitation of children.
- Discrimination of workers in any way.
- Right to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
The direction ALANI HIGIENE PROFESIONAL S.L. involved in the protection of the environment
as a determining factor in the development of our activity is our ultimate goal
actively collaborate to ensure that the world's forests are managed in a responsible way
and for that:
- Train and inform our personnel of the importance of the correct performance of
their activity.
- Promote the participation of our personnel in the chain of custody system,
- Value and pay special attention to the suggestions made in this regard

- Commit ourselves to achieve a safe and healthy working environment. To favor the
participation of all the workers in the promotion of the safety and health,
cooperating with the Representative of Security and Labor Health and with the Service of
External Prevention to increase the standards of security and to promote the culture
preventive.
- Continuously improve our processes, procedures and services offered,
planned within the framework of our Chain of Custody System.
- Comply with all the requirements of the applicable Regulations and Legislation, with the purpose
of guaranteeing the correct performance of the Chain of Custody.
- Inform our suppliers and establish a correct follow-up of the raw materials
acquired, from their origin.
- We assume respect for the environment, guaranteeing control in the acquisition
of our forest raw materials.
